Westminster Kingsway College is a Government (state) funded provider of education in central London with a wide range of courses, including Vocational programmes, English Language, Undergraduate degree programmes. The College operates from four centres across London including historic listed buildings in Victoria and Soho and a state-of-the-art Centre at King’s Cross. The Victoria Centre has been the home of the Colleges School of Hospitality and award winning Vincent Rooms Restaurant for over 100 years.

Established in March, 1999, Shunde Polytechnic is a full-time higher vocational educational institution approved by the Ministry of Education and is primarily financed by the Shunde People’s Government. Currently Shunde Polytechnic has 15,714 full-time students and nearly 3630 part-time students and a qualified faculty of 907, of whom 694 are professional instructors. Shunde Polytechnic has a campus covering 120 hectares with over 500,000 square meters in gross building area, over 90,000 square meters for classrooms and another 90,000 square meters for laboratories and training facilities.
Due to the contributions to the regional socio-economic development Shunde Polytechnic has won recognition and strong support from the local authorities, trade as-sociations and the general public. It has been recognized as “the Model Organization in Vocational Education” by the Ministry of Education and the “Outstanding Or-ganization in Developing Highly Qualified Technological Professionals” by the Guangdong Provincial Government.
Shunde has been renowned as a home of good chefs. Shunde city has been designated by UNESCO as a member of Creative Cities network in the category Gatronomy. With this wide spread fames, one of the specialism and priority areas for international development by the Shunde Polytechnic is its school of Hospitality and Culinary Arts. They have 500 full time students on culinary arts programme, and 1630 students on the Hospitality programme with 78 teachers (28 in Culinary arts and 50 for Hospitality). The Professional Association for Catering Education (PACE)
PACE is a network of 190 Colleges offering Food and Hospitality training across the UK. The Network has over 5000 lecturers, trainers and assessors and 100,000 students and trainees and 19,000 employers across the UK.
PACE is served by 9 regional heads across the UK and hosts training provider conference seminars in each of its regions 3 times per year. A National Conference is held annually - attracting over 300 delegates and exhibitors from the world of Hospitality and Education.
